Wamda, the AI assistant

Wamda is a panel beside the page where you ask a question in your own words and get an answer from your company's records and from the help. It reads only what you may open, and it saves nothing unless you confirm a change on its card.

What it does

01

Ask in your own words

Open the panel beside any page and ask about your bookings, clients, providers, bills and settings, or how to do something in NDM, in English or Arabic. The answer comes from your company's records and from the help, names the records it sent, and offers a door to the page where each one lives.

  • Show me opens the tab or page a step names and rings the button
  • Questions over time come back as a chart NDM draws, with its table
  • Attach up to three files to a question

02

Fill a booking from a message

Paste a client's email or message into Fill from a message in New Booking, or attach the file. Wamda says, field by field, what it found in your lists, what the message names that your lists do not have, and what the message does not say. Fill the booking puts it into the window; you check it and press Save.

  • A booking request that arrives by email opens New Booking with the email already read
  • It can also fill a guest's form from the details the guest sends

03

Changes only after you confirm, with Undo

Ask for a change and Wamda opens NDM's own window filled in, for you to check and save. Where your company allows it and your role holds the right, it prepares the change on a card instead: each old value struck through beside the new one, saved only when you press Confirm, with Undo for 24 hours.

  • Deleting or moving a record asks for a reason, which is kept in the log
  • Undo changes nothing if someone has edited the record since
  • It never changes invoices, bills, payments, people, roles, settings, backups or the licence

Today's briefing, and a second look

Today's briefing sums up the day from NDM's own data. After you save a booking, NDM takes a second look and raises a card when something seems off: a likely duplicate, no provider, no rate, an unusual price or time, or satellite space shared with another booking. Why? asks Wamda to explain.

  • The briefing and the second look use no credits

Credits, shown as you go

Wamda is counted in credits: a monthly allowance on your licence, and extra packs when you need them. A question uses 1 credit, a question with a file 5, a pasted message 2. The panel shows what is left, administrators get an email at 80% and at 95%, and if the month runs out only Wamda pauses. Everything else in NDM keeps working.

  • Request more credits from the panel
  • An administrator can set a daily limit for each person

What it never does

  • Read anything the person asking may not open: it works with their own rights and NDM's own checks
  • Save anything unless that person confirms a change on its card, or presses Save in NDM's own window
  • Change invoices, bills, payments, people, roles, settings, backups or the licence
  • Show money to someone whose role may not see it
  • Take an instruction from inside a record, a file or an email: what it reads there is information only
  • Read another company's records

What it reads, sends and keeps

In plain words, as your administrator's Wamda page lists it.

Reads
Only what the person asking may open in NDM, and the help.
Sends
To answer, the question as typed and only the fields it needs from what that person's own pages show.
Never sends
Passwords, keys, sign-in codes or the licence code; anything the person's own pages do not show them; files they did not give it; another company's records.
Keeps
A line in Activity for every question, with the records sent but not the words of the question. Files are never kept, only their name, kind and size.
Conversations
Kept in your company's own database and seen only by the person who asked, for 7, 30 or 90 days, or not at all. Your administrator chooses.
Voice
A question spoken aloud is turned into text by the browser's own speech service.

How a company gets it

  1. Your licenceWamda is an add-on, available on request to any NDMX company. It comes as a monthly allowance of credits.
  2. Your administratorSwitches it on in Administration, Wamda, and chooses whether emails and files may be read and how long conversations are kept.
  3. Each personUses it when their role has Use Wamda. Letting Wamda make changes is a right of its own.

The panel works on a computer, in the browser or the installed window; the phone layout has none. How NDMX is priced
