Security and hosting
Your data, protected and in your control.
Where NDMX keeps your data, who can reach it, and how you get it back.
Security
Hosted in the EU and UK
Your data is hosted in the EU and the UK and encrypted in transit, with nightly off-site backups also kept in Europe.
You decide who gets in
Your administrators choose who can sign in and what each role can do, and set the password and sign-out rules.
Support only when you can see it
Our team can look at your system only through a read-only, time-limited session that shows on your screens and is recorded in your log. Our staff sign in with two-step verification.
Every change on record, your data always yours
The Activity register shows who changed what and when. Administrators can download any backup, protected by a passphrase only they know.
Hosting
Standard runs your company fully managed, with nightly off-site backups. High availability adds a standby copy in a second location that takes over if the main one fails.
Standard
Fully managed
Your company, managed for you, with nightly off-site backups.
High availability
A standby copy takes over
A standby copy of your company in a second location takes over if the main one fails, and your teams keep working.
The right tier depends on how many people rely on NDMX at once, and at what hours. We go through it with you during the demo.
Licensing
Modules, permanent or for a period
Each module is licensed permanently or for a set period. The Administration pages show every line with its term and the days left.
Seats are people signed in at once
Seats count the people signed in at the same time, not the accounts. Give access to everyone who needs NDMX; only simultaneous sign-ins count.
Questions from IT teams
Where is our data hosted?
In the EU and the UK. Nightly backups are kept off-site, also in Europe.
Can another company see our data?
No. Each company has its own database, and every request is checked against it.
Can NDMX staff see our data?
Only through a support session. It is read-only, it ends on its own after a set number of hours, a banner on your screens names who is looking and until when, and its opening and closing are written to your own log.
Can we get a copy of our data?
Yes. Administrators can download any backup as a file protected by a passphrase they choose. The passphrase is not stored anywhere, so only your company can open the file.
What happens if something fails?
Standard is fully managed, with nightly off-site backups. High availability adds a standby copy in a second location that takes over if the main one fails, so your teams keep working. We help you choose during the demo.
