Privacy Notice

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit ndmx.net or ask for a demo or a quote.

1. Who we are

NDMX is sold, set up and supported by Iris Media (Egypt) and Grasshopper Media (United Arab Emirates, selling worldwide). The partner that handles your request is the controller of your personal data: Iris Media for requests from Egypt, and Grasshopper Media for all others. For privacy or legal matters, write to support@ndmx.net.

2. What we collect

  • Demo requests: your name, work email, company, country, role, team size, current system, your message, and your consent to be contacted.
  • Quote requests: your name, work email, company and country, the modules, seats and services you choose, your message, and your consent to be contacted. If you email us, we receive your message and email address.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider processes data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the website. The demo and quote forms use our hosting provider’s anti-spam check to block automated submissions.
  • Emails from the forms are delivered by our email provider.

Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.
