NDMX is sold, set up and supported by Iris Media (Egypt) and Grasshopper Media (United Arab Emirates, selling worldwide). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean those partners. These terms apply to the website at ndmx.net (the “Website”). By using the Website you accept them.
2. Using the Website
You may read the Website, link to it and share its pages for any lawful purpose. You must not misuse it, including by trying to gain unauthorised access to it or to any NDMX customer system, interfering with its operation, scraping it by automated means (other than normal search-engine indexing), or sending false or unlawful information through the demo or quote forms.
3. The Website is not a contract
The Website describes NDMX; it is general information and not an offer. The NDMX service is provided only under an order with the selling partner and the Customer Terms agreed with the selling partner, which take precedence over anything on the Website. Features may change, and what is included for your company is confirmed only in your order. Screens shown on the Website use fictional data.
4. Intellectual property
The Website’s content, including its text, design, screenshots, the NDMX name and the NDMX logo, belongs to us or our licensors. Using the Website gives you no licence beyond reading and sharing its pages. Other marks belong to their owners.
5. Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data, including the information you send through the demo and quote forms.
6. Links to other sites
We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites we link to.
7. No warranty
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Website or reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. They are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Website is published in English and Arabic; if the two differ, the English text governs.
